We aim to ship all orders within 1–2 business days. It may take a little longer during sales or peak times.

Pre-orders

Note that if any items in your order are on pre-order all your items will be shipped once the pre-order item becomes available.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return (except for earrings they can not be returned or exchanged unless faulty).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us from our website.  

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and must not be worn in its original packaging within 3 days and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

How to maintain your Jewellery:

Each piece is crafted using Nobel materials like Stainless Steel, Titanium or sterling silver - Gold pieces are plated with 14k or 18k Gold.

To preserve their beauty and prevent tarnishing, it's essential to handle gold plated items with care. Whilst our pieces are water proof, he key to extending the lifespan of your jewelery is to avoid exposure to:

• sunscreen
• Perfumes
• Cosmetics
• Self-tanning products
• Chlorine
• Chemicals

Our top advice is to store your pieces in the Luxe and Co packaging, away from direct sunlight and in a cool, dry place.
